What Flt06 Means
Flt06 on the RNTT365GB means the limit of five burner resets in 15 minutes was exceeded. It is a safety lockout: the cooktop will not allow further resets for 15 minutes.
Common Causes of Flt06
- Repeated resets of a burner that is not lighting
- Underlying ignition or gas supply problem
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Wait 15 minutes for the code to clear. Use that time to check the no-flame items in the manual: gas supply on, burner caps seated, igniters dry. Then reset the burner once. If burners still do not light, disconnect power and call for service.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- If burners fail to light after proper checks, the igniter, valve or control needs a technician.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
