The CM24P-1 is Dacor’s 24-inch built-in automatic coffee system, sold in stainless steel as the CM24P1ACFSS, with automatic grinding and brewing, dual boilers, an integrated frother and either a direct-plumbed water connection or a 1.3-gallon reservoir. Dacor discontinued the line, so every CM24P-1 we see today has already been installed for years.
A descale prompt that keeps coming back within days of a completed cycle is almost always hard water outpacing the cleaning interval rather than a failing sensor, and is worth ruling out before anything inside the unit is opened up. A noisy or unresponsive grinder and a leak at the base are the next most common calls, and on a plumbed installation the water-line connection behind the cabinet is checked alongside the machine’s own water path.
