The DRZ30980 is the 30-inch column freezer. When its temperature rises, the compressor, condenser fan and defrost system are checked in turn; its separate compressor means the refrigerator column next to it is not a clue either way.
Water under the freezer usually comes from the ice maker fill line or a blocked defrost drain.
