What H Means
An “H” on a burner display of the Renaissance RNTT365GB is not an error. Dacor explains it is a warning that the burner area is very hot after use; it disappears once the burner has cooled.
Common Causes of H
- Normal residual heat after cooking
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
No action is needed. Keep hands and heat-sensitive items off that burner until “H” goes out.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Nothing to repair unless “H” stays on long after the cooktop is cold, which would mean a sensor problem.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
