Dacor’s DRW24980 stores up to 100 bottles in three separately cooled zones behind triple-layer argon-filled glass, with a humidity sensor in each zone and one outside. When one zone drifts while the others hold, that zone’s fan, damper or sensor is the focus rather than the compressor.
The column’s manual calls Cooling Off “Demo mode” and shows “oF”; it is exited with Cabinet Light, Presenter Light and Lock held together for 5 seconds.
