A wall oven that will not heat before a dinner party or a refrigerator column that has stopped holding temperature is not a problem that waits politely for next week. Same-day dispatch is organized around exactly that: book online or by phone, and in most cases a technician is at your door before the day ends, with the parts that fail most often on Dacor cooking and refrigeration already in the van.
Before anything is opened, you know three things: roughly when we will arrive, what we believe is causing the problem and why, and what putting it right is going to cost.
