The DOC30M977D puts a 1.9 cu. ft. speed oven, microwave plus convection for searing, broiling and air frying, above a 4.8 cu. ft. steam oven. Its code table adds C-10 for the speed oven’s cooking sensor, which no single-cavity Dacor oven uses.
The upper cavity holds a microwave high-voltage circuit, so we discharge and test it with the oven de-energized, and we run a leakage check after any repair that opens it. The lower steam oven is serviced like the DOB steam models.
