The DOP30T940D puts a 23,000 BTU dual-stack burner beside three smaller ones over a 6.3 cu. ft. electric convection oven. As a dual-fuel range it needs both a gas line and a 40-amp, 240-volt circuit, so oven problems are electrical and burner problems are gas-side.
Dual-stack SimmerSear burners have two flame paths. A simmer that goes out while the high flame works points at the inner port or its orifice, a cleaning or adjustment job more often than a part.
