Not every repair belongs with us. If a Dacor appliance is inside its manufacturer coverage period and the repair fits cleanly within it, we say so plainly and point you toward that path rather than billing for work that coverage would otherwise handle. Where a repair falls outside that coverage, or the coverage period has passed, we take it on and stand behind the labor.
Our own repair work carries a 30-day warranty, covering a return visit if the same problem reappears in that window. Manufacturer coverage terms are Dacor’s to set, not ours, and we do not guess at what a specific policy does or does not include.
