Dacor’s DOP36M96G is the Contemporary all-gas Pro range: six burners totaling 116,000 BTU, dual infrared broilers of 18,000 BTU and a 5.4 cu. ft. oven controlled from a 7-inch LCD in 5°F steps. Bluetooth ConnectOn can switch on a paired Dacor hood automatically.
Infrared broilers glow rather than flame. When one will not light, the igniter and gas valve are checked first, and the ceramic burner surface is inspected for cracks.
