Dacor’s DOP48M86D is the 48-inch Modernist Pro steam range that preceded the Contemporary DOP48C86D. It shares a 122-page service manual with the DOP36M86D, which spells out the steam system tests we use.
As with every steam range, owners who kept up with descaling see far fewer steam codes. When C-70 appears, the sensor and its wiring are tested before the generator.
