The EORS130 is one of the ovens Dacor’s Renaissance Wall Oven Service Guide was written for, so its error codes are unusually well documented: C-prefixed control errors such as C23 and C33 for board overheating, and U-prefixed oven errors such as U30 for an open sensor.
That guide’s test values make diagnosis quick. The oven sensor should read roughly 1,050 to 1,100 ohms and the latch motor about 18 ohms. We use those figures before replacing anything.
