What F:10 Means
F:10 is from Dacor’s earlier dishwasher platform, the DDW24S and the Renaissance RDW24I and RDW24S. It means overfilling: the pressure sensor or float detected too much water, and if it was not emptied within 60 seconds the cycle stops with the drain pump running.
Common Causes of F:10
- Inlet valve not closing fully
- Blocked drain or drain hose so water cannot leave
- Flow meter or pressure sensor error
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Let the drain pump run and do not open the door mid-cycle. Once it stops, check for water on the floor and close the supply valve if water keeps entering with the dishwasher off.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Dacor’s service manual checks the drain pump, hoses, flow meter, inlet valve and cables, a set of tests that needs the machine pulled out.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
