The HWO127 is the 27-inch member of Dacor’s Heritage wall oven family, covered by the same 40-page Heritage user manual as the 30-inch HWO130. That width matters for replacement: few current luxury ovens fit a 27-inch cutout, so repairing an HWO127 is often the practical choice.
Control and sensor parts for Heritage ovens are still in circulation. Trim pieces and door glass specific to the 27-inch size are harder to source, and we check availability before scheduling that kind of job.
